The creation date is 2-4 weeks from the day we receive your order.

Packaging
The glass can be wraped in
- economic packing
- folding carboard cover
- gift pack with satin (white, red, blue, turquoise, black)
We charge 100 Kč for the special packing in case that the product is sent to you by the Czech post.
Transport
In Prague and surroundings of 30 km
- 0 Kč - in case that the price of the goods you order is more than 5000 Kč net of VAT
- 150 Kč - in case that the price of the goods you order is 5000 Kč net of VAT or less
The goods is delivered by the driver of our company.
In the distance of more then 30 km - we deliver the goods to you by the Czech post (for the transport conditions and costs see www.ceskaposta.cz) or by the delivering company of your choice.
In this case however we can not be responsible for the damage that occured on the product during the transport.
